Hi Slice, would this FakeNVRAM allow the "Find My Mac" (iCloud) tick box to remain selected following a reboot? If so, it's exactly the kind of thing I am looking for but I really need to better understand it (Not even sure what Clover is, used instead of Chameleon maybe?).

I know nothing about iCloud, have no interest. But sure, with Chameleon FakeNVRAM is impossible.

Thanks for the reply. Am I correct in thinking then it might be possible using another bootloader (Clover?)?

Excellent, now to figure out Clover (Ok to boot from a USB stick for testing purposes?)...

The Clover is almost developed and now most of time I use it instead of other bootloaders. But some serious bugs prevent me to start world-wide testing.

Ahh, makes sense now. I couldn't find it as it isn't released wink.gif

i have an SystemAudioVolume Entry in my EFINVRAM.
( and all Startvolumes listed)

and i am surprised.
First Unit: i7 2600k, GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3, ATI HD 5670
