You could find installer and other sources
here.
I'm on 10.6.8 retail with Xcode 3.2.6.
I downloaded the zip and compiled 64-bit 'release' builds of Fakesmc, Winbond, SuperIO and IntelThermal.
Added SMC version for MacPro3,1 to FakSMC, a plugins folder to SuperIO and placed Winbond in it. Added my TJMax to IntelThermal, FANINLIMIT and fan names to Winbond.
Placed everything in /Extra/Extensions on my EFI partition.
FakeSMC works but there's no trace of it in the logs. Looks right in IOREG. Bresinks temperature monitor works but iStat doesn't show temps or fans because...
IntelThermal:
11/10/11 1:10:34 AM kernel IntelThermal: [Warning] Can't add key to fake SMC device, kext will not load
11/10/11 1:10:34 AM kernel IntelThermal: using predefined Tjmax value: 100
11/10/11 1:10:34 AM kernel IntelThermal: CPU family 0x6, model 0x17, stepping 0xa, cores 2, threads 0, TJmax 100
Winbond:
11/10/11 1:10:34 AM kernel W836x: [Warning] wrong vendor chip ID=0xa5 REVISION=0x13 VENDORID=0xffff
..and they don't load.
Normally (with hwsensors svn versions) I get:
Oct 30 03:24:56 localhost kernel[0]: IntelThermal: Based on code by mercurysquad, superhai ©2008
Oct 30 03:24:56 localhost kernel[0]: IntelThermal: CPU family 0x6, model 0x17, stepping 0xa, cores 2, threads 0
Oct 30 03:24:56 localhost kernel[0]: IntelThermal: CPU Tjmax 100
Nov 6 22:34:34 localhost kernel[0]: W836x: based on code from Open Hardware Monitor project by Michael Mller © 2010
Nov 6 22:34:34 localhost kernel[0]: W836x: mozodojo © 2011
Nov 6 22:34:34 localhost kernel[0]: W836x: found Winbond W83667HG
According to CPUID's Hardware Monitor on Windows my Winbond sensor is model W83627DHG.

So, is the SuperIOFamily.kext now obsolete and its plugins now load from the actual FakeSMC.kext plugins directory? Thanks!

After some bugs corrections revision 530 in topic.
excuse me please but i have a problem i put both fakesmc and intelcpumonitor into s/l/e with kext wizard, and fixed the premission with kext utility but i get a kernel panic after i reboot, it says intlcpumonitor:cant write keys to fakesmc driver not loaded! if i remove the intelcpumonitor i can boot in to system again any ideas? hope someone can answer me thanks
Be sure that FakeSMC and IntelCPUMonitor comes from the same revision.

Thanks for the advice working prefectly now thanks you so much
Rev 530 works just fine on my GA-Z68XP-UD3, except that my GTS 250 temp doesn't show up correctly, and the one you patched to work doesn't work with the latest revision. It shows GPU Heatsink but no GPU diode and the GPU Heatsink temp shows like 6-7C, any fix for this?

What? How can it overclock the card if the frequencies will be overriden by nVidia drivers when switching into 3d mode?

@slice just one stupid question
for version v4 is superIOfamily not nescessary any more ? just ite827 ?
