What i've tried
1. GraphicsEnabler=Yes Actually this was in the com.apple.Boot.plist in /Extra by default (graphics shows up as generic with 32mb of vram)
2.Enabler kext. NvEnabler through multi-beast (when this method is used full resolution is shown and correct card is displayed in system profiler. The problem is the computer runs extremely slow and is impossible to control because the mouse jumps around erratically. I've even re-installed the IOUSB but no change to the mouse or system performance.
3.EFI string. I've put the card hex from both efi studio and osx tools in the com.apple.Boot.plist and the card still shows up as generic with 32 mb vram. I've tested the same plist in /extra on a similar build and it makes a 9600gt show up as the 8800 gts
The card works fine in other os's so im pretty sure thats not the issue. Which leaves me to believe there's some setting on the board itself which is causing this behavior. If anyone is familiar with this board or has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate any help I can get.
