Thanks to "reader02" and presumably some of the good people at applelife.ru This driver works with ven 1969 & dev 2048, but is homespun, so don't expect great performance.
It's most at home inside ioneworkingfamily.kext. If you want it to load from /extra, you'll need the whole ionetworkingfamily.kext with this driver in Contents
/Plugins.
