I have spent wees searching the net and the only post installer I could find was for 10.5.6 cant find anything for 10.6
If I try to apply the 10.5.6 post install patches on 10.6 it crashes.

Progress so far
a. Two finger scrolling working with drivers for the old Dell Post installer 1.4 I think.
b. Speed step is working
c. QE and Video is working.
d. Lan is working it auto detected the marvell lan chipset.

Stuff I cant get to work
a. Audio (Tried AppleHDA and VoodooHDA).
b. Sleep/shutdown.

There have to be M1530 owners out there who have got everything running.
Following the posts in the forums are hard because you never now what version they are talking about.

Well here's the patched AppleHDA to work with Sigmatel codec computers. It took me 5 mins to find using google.

I challenge you to fix your own sleep issues. Maybe with adept use of a search function somewhere...

(Make a note that this is a freebie and I wont handfeed you any more answers, sooner or later you'll need to learn about the underpinnings of OSX or it will come back to haunt you.)

EDIT: Make sure to remove Azalia kexts from your ext folder as they may conflict with this kext.
