Full Version: Poor Mouse Response/behaviour Is Driving Me Nuts

I've got a BT MightyMouse that worked great in Leopard, but in SL about 40% of the time it acts like it is running through molasses sad.gif

Are there any known DSDT patches to help with this?

Well, I had a problem with my audio suddenly disappearing yesterday, so I decided to try different VoodooHDA and AppleHDA kext versions. And I lost use of my mouse for some reason. But then I got it back, and don't know how. The thing is, it is back and it is working great, no slugish behaviour, etc. no problems at all.

So what I would like to know, is how can I take a 'snapshot' of the system and use the results to add some code to my DSDT, so I don't lose this mouse install ever again?

Any ideas?

Somehow I managed to get my 10.6.3 system to recognize my BT MightyMouse, without any sluggishness or choppy behaviour. All I did was plug my BlueTooth transceiver (cheap $2 stubby one from eBay) into a front USB port, instead of one on the back (meaning motherboard) of the system.

Is there anyway to make sure it stays this way by hacking my DSDT (copy attached)?

Also, here is a copy of the CPU-Z output. I think it may be useful, as it has all the addresses and device iDs of all USB ports and hubs on my system.
