Hi Guys,

I was talking to someone the other day about the Intel Bad Axe 2 Mobo and the DSDT Patching for this board,
It seems that someone has patched their DSDT so well it dosent need a Graphics, NullCPU, or Sound Kext anymore.

Furthermore he has modded his BIOS for this board to show the Apple Logo at boot instead of the Intel logo!?! I knew this could be done with the Intel Integrator Toolkit.

Has anyone else heard of this? Can this sort fo thing be done in the DSDT. I am no master at DSDT Patching.

Has anyone seen the fully patched DSDT for this board.. Would be good to see what it can do

he was probably referring to Ultimate Snow Leopard, which is something that Buildsmart and bofors have been playing around with for a while. It is based off boot-132 and has a couple of accompanying files. You would be able to get the DSDT from within the latest release and use it with your own choice of bootloader, then download your BIOS update from intel and change the bootlogo.

Edit: i should really read the original post date, sheez, what a bump.
