Been trying to reply to some topics on this forum, but instead got an error:

Is it locked for certain type of users, and if it is - why?

I saw other users replying there (OSX/Bootloaders/"XPC" bootloader, duet base bootloader), so i was wondering what should one do to post in topics like that. (comrades??)
